Observation: Handwashing sink near grill does not provide water at a proper temperature (58F).

Observation:Food handlers with beards are not wearing a beard restraint during food preparation practices.

Observed cooked turkey that was stored covered in the walkin cooler while the product was cooling. Addressed at time of inspection.

Observed disposable forks and spoons stored with the food contact surface upright instead of inverted to prevent contamination of the food contact portion. Corrected at time of inspection.
- Food storage containers identified with common name of food
Observed two large bins containing ingredients in the kitchen and a shaker containing a food ingredient in the customer self-service area were not labeled with the name of the food product. Corrected at time of inspection.
