Observation: Single-use utensils stored in self-service area are not presented in a manner that reduces customer touching of food-contact surfaces.

Observation: Single-use containers used for portioning bulk items (rice, flour) are not cleanable. Person In Charge discarded utensils (single-use containers).

Observation: Containers of sliced almonds, tea (and many others) are not labeled with common name of food.

Observation: Utensils stored in containers of bulk flour with handles in food. Person In Charge moved items into proper position.
