Observation:excess accumulation in back/side of kitchen...this appears to make it difficult for staff to adequately clean. Remove any unnecessary equipment.

- Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
Observation:missing thermometer from cooling unit. In shrimp cooler it appears to have been broken.

Observation: Large amount of soiling, greasy build-up, some debris under and around equipment. Build up on ceiling as well.
- Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
Observation: Tile is broken and in disrepair. Grouting is no longer present in some areas. Kitchen are needs attention and maintenance of are needs to be brought to a level that it remains in compliance with food laws.
- Posting inspection reports
Observation:Last inspection had been removed from front area. The inspection report (and license) need to be posted where the public can view them. (ie able to read) Post this inspection within the public's view today.
- Physical facilities maintained in good repair
Observation: Kitchen area in particular is in need of repair. Walls, floors, ceilings.

- Sewage disposed of according to law
Observation:Due to the blockage in the waste line sewage waste has overflowed down the north side of drive through, west to parking lot exit, north on Melrose and west on the access road down to stop light intersection. A-1 septic pumping and Roto Rooter are on site taking care of problem. Please submit a new maintenance plan to ensure blockage does not happen again.
- Plumbing system maintained in good repair
Observation: Upon arrival for a routine inspection, it was noted that sewage from grease interceptor was running out of manhole lids, north down the drive through, to Melrose Drive (west) and then south to the access road. From there it ran west on the access road to at least the stop light intersection. Loss of sewer poses an imminent health hazard. Facility must remain closed until use of sewer is possible. Service is in transit at the time of this writing. Additionally, the handwash sink at the east side of front kitchen-not working during the visit.

Much deep cleaning is needed-focus efforts on items directly in contact with food or food contact surfaces.
- Food temperature measuring devices are provided and readily accessible
- Multiuse food contact surfaces are cleanable
cutting utensils are not in good condition*ice machine and pop machine need to be cleaned and sanitized
