Observation:Process for cooling pizza that is placed into cooler doesn't comply w/ proper cooling requirements. Large plastic container w/lid, pizza piled on top of each other.
- Responsibility of food employees and conditional employees to report
Observation:
- Storage of clean linens, single-service, and single use articles
Observation:Exposed pizza boxes in outdoor storage area are subject to contamination from insects and rodents or other pests.
- Reportable symptoms, diagnosis, past illness, and history of exposure.
Observation:Unable to verify employee health reporting agreements, when to report and what to report.
- Hand drying provided
Observation:paper towels were not available at front handsink or back handsink. Corrected on Site.
- Outer openings are protected
Observation:Outer openings must have tight seals. Ensure exterior doors are protected. Additionally, outdoor storage has a large amount of space under and around door also there are cracks in the walls. These areas need to addressed ASAP.
- Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
Observation:A thorough and deep cleaning is needed under and around all equipment. Prioritize around handwash and dishwash in back.
- Premises maintained free of insects, rodents, and other pests
The presence of insects rodents, and other pests are controlled as required
- Responsibility of the PIC to notify the regulatory authority.
