Observation: Dented cans in the customer area. Corrected by removing the cans.
- Cooked PHF/TCS food cooled from 135°F to 70°F within 2 hours and from 135°F to 41°F or below in 6 hours
Observation: Soups cooling in styrofoam containers with the lid on in a customer cooler. Soup temp 114 degrees after an hour and 30 min. Soups were placed in a freezer with lids off.
