Establishment must return to the commissary to wash equipment daily during this temporary event and must have the plumbing operational and inspected by this department before they are authorized to operate this unit after this event.
Using a handwashing sink- operation and maintenance Observation: The water line to the hand sink is frozen so water is not provided to the handsink at this time and the handsink is not usable. The operator is using a temporary handwashing station at this time.
