    Observation: Soap and butane stored with food and food contact surfaces - relocated at time of inspection.

    Observation: Pastries, applies and muffins out for self-service no utensils or barriers. Provided at time of inspection.

    Observation: Staff not familiar with reportable diseases. Reviewed and left employee health reporting agreement.

    Observation: Home prepared salsa in prep table. Discarded at time of inspection.

    Observation: Cream cheese at 50 degrees. Placed on more ice at time of inspection. Items in "to go Self Serve unit not at 41 degrees: Sour cream at 56 degrees. Potato salad 46 degrees, pudding at 46 degrees. All discarded at time of inspection. Will not use unit until operating correctly.
  • Discarding ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held at 41°F for 7 days
    Observation: Working container of pasta salad with expiration date of 1/20/14 in reach-in - discarded at time of inspection.

    Observation: Utensils not dispensed by handles - ran through warewashing machine and stored properly at time of inspection.
