Observation:Has several spray bottles in basement stairway that are not labled with common name, must label with name to identify contents, ie sanitizer water, window cleaner.

Observation:Reports using toilet yet for mopwater disposal, does have sink in basement for disposal, must use or install a mop sink on main level, but has little space available.

Observation:Needs single use towels for bar handsink and men's RR, being delivered today, if not will need to provide single use towels for both sinks.

Observation:Reusing cloth towel to dry hands, out of paper towels, being delivered yet today, must use cloth towel only once and put in laundry. Must use single towels until others delivered.

Observation:Lights near the chest freezer and ice machine in basement are not coated or covered, must protect them from shattering risk by being coated bulbs or provide cover or shield.

Observation:Needs hand soap at bar handsink, has some to replace in holder now.

Observation:Quat sanitizer at less than 200 ppm in warewashing sink, added more sanitizer to reach 200 ppm now.

Observation:Has handsink blocked by garnish tray, but provide an external garnish box and keep handsink available for handwashing at all times.
