    Observation: No one currently has been through or is current with a certified food protection manager program. Person-in-Charge noted a manager would be going through the program in the next month.
  • Using a handwashing sink- operation and maintenance
    Observation: Hand sink by pizza prep area blocked by tub of dough balls. The tub was removed at time of inspection.
  • Handwashing cleanser, availability
    Observation: No soap was available at cook line hand sink. Dispenser was filled at time of inspection.

    Observation: Working containers of flour-like substance not labelled. Containers were labelled at time of inspection.
