    Observation: Walls and under equipment have dirt and grease build up.
  • Sanitizers
    Observation: Sanitizer at 400 ppm. Ecolab is called to fix automatic dispenser. For now they will add water to solution and test with test strips.

    Observation: Towel dispenser on north wall in the kitchen was not working at time of inspection. Using paper towels outside of dispenser until fixed.

    Observation: Frame broke. Until this is fixed they will tape to wall.
  • Handwashing sink equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100° F through a mixing valve or combination faucet.
    Observation:Water was cold at back handsink. Gary adjusted the control. Corrected on site.
