Observation: Sanitizer in one bucket at 400 ppm. Mixed a new bucket and measured 1 cap full for half a bucket of water. This is also documented on the wall.

Observation:Green beans in food line tempted at 109 degrees. Replaced with green beans off of stove which tempted 160 degrees.
