    Observation:Small leak from water filtration system.

    Observation:Raw shells eggs stored above lettuce in reach-in cooler by grill. Moved at time of inspection.
  • Handwashing sink equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100° F through a mixing valve or combination faucet.
    Observation:No hot water available at both handwashing sinks.
  • Air drying of equipment and utensils
    Observation:Food utensils not being properly air dried prior to stacking.
  • Storage and maintenance of wet and dry wiping cloths
    Observation:Wiping cloths not being maintained in sanitizer between uses. Placed back in sanitizer bucket at time of inspection.
