    Observation: Quat sanitizer block sitting on clean dish counter in contact with a clean pan and dripping into the sanitize warewashing water. Corrected by rewashing the pan, moving the block, and mixing new sanitizer water for warewashing.

    Observation: Shelving and drawers holding clean dishes and utensils are visibly soiled.
  • Food temperature measuring devices are provided and readily accessible
    Observation: Thermometer missing in reach in cooler. Corrected by placing a thermometer in cooler at time of inspection.
