    Observation: The can opener was not clean to sight. The unit was cleaned.

    Observation: Utensils were being stored in containers with non food utensils.

    Observation: The vent screens were not clean to sight.

    Observation: Wiping cloths were being placed on the counter tops after each use.

    Observation: Cups were being stored on the hand sinks. The items were removed.
