    Observation: Gasket on the Turbo air reach-in freezer is torn. Replace as needed.

    Observation: True prep coolers were temped at 44*F. Products were double lined with plastic containers. Extra containers were removed and products reached proper temp.

  • Roasts held at a temperature of 130°F or above
    Pepsi cooler was temped @ 45*F. Cooler was switched out with another one that was maintaining proper temp from closed stand. Other cooler may not be used until it can maintain 41*F or below and has been approved by the Health Dept for use again. Must contact the Health Dept for an inspection to approve cooler for use again. If food is found in cooler before approval is given to use again it will be discarded.
