Observation: Employee beverage in a non-closed container. Lid and straw was placed on beverage.

Observation: Food storage shelving has laminate peeling making it difficult to clean properly.

Observation: Ice scoop stored on the grate under to soft drink dispensers. Ice scoop was cleaned and sanitized and stored in the ice with the handle up.

Observation: Test kit not present to check concentration of sanitizer.

Observation: Cooked bacon sitting next to the handwashing sink. Bacon was moved to an area where it could not be splashed by water from the handsink.
- Raw animal foods separated from each other during storage, separation, holding, and display
Observation: Raw chicken stored over raw bacon in the reach in cooler. Bacon was moved to a higher location in the cooler.
- Preventing contamination from equipment, utensils, and linens
Observation: Cooked bacon placed on cardboard egg crates to absorb grease. Egg crates were discarded and single use items (paper towel/wax paper) will be used in the future.
- Storage and maintenance of wet and dry wiping cloths
Observation: Wiping cloths used in the kitchen not maintained in sanitizer solution. Corrected on site.

Observation: Spray bottle of sanitizer not labeled in the warewashing area. Bottle was labeled during inspection.
