    Observation:Some storage shelving not easily cleanable.

    Observation:Deli style slicer not kept clean. Slicer was cleaned at time of inspection.
  • Bare hand contact with ready to eat foods
    Observation:Food employee handling pita bread with bare hands. Product was voluntarily discarded.
  • Equipment and utensils are adequately rinsed after washing
    Observation:Rinse step of 3 compartment sink sequence not being properly completed.

    Observation:Establishment unable to provide thin probe thermometer.

Olympic flame is a good restaurant I have been there about 5 times. My mother used to work there but besides that fact the service and everything is great I recommend this to anybody looking for Greek food
