    Observation:The written policy on the clean-up of diarrhea and vomit was not available for review during the inspection. Printed handouts, corrected on site.

    Observation:Observed detergent is used for the purposes of a sanitizer - there was no immediate sanitizer available but the person in charge found unscented bleach to use. Fresh sanitizer solution used with unscented bleach, corrected on site.

    Observation:Observed digital and dial thermometers were inaccurate - one dial thermometer was able to be calibrated.
