Observation: Reminder is not on the current menu. This also will be added to the new menu and current Menu will also be revised with this info.
- A temperature measuring device with a suitable small diameter probe is provided and readily accessible to measure the temperature of thin foods
Observation: No thin tip thermometer available. Will order from food vendor today.
- Sanitizers
Observation: Waitress using soapy water on the tables in the dining room. This was thrown out and new wiping cloth is being stored in the sanitizer.
- Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
Observation: No test strips to check the Quaternary sanitizer. They will be ordered today.
- Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
Observation: Foam cups stored on the floor. They are now put on the shelf.
- Storage of clean linens, single-service, and single use articles
Observation: Foam cups on the floor of storage room. The are now out of box and on the shelf.
- Equipment and utensils are adequately rinsed after washing
Observation: Rinse sink was empty while doing dishes. They will now fill the sink when doing dishes.
