Observation:Has one case of frozen food on floor in walk in freezer, must store all foods at least 6 inches off floor.

Observation:Light shield in walk in cooler is loose on left end, reattach to protect blulbs from breaking risk.

Observation:One fixture in walk in freezer is out and service has been called to repair, very dim in unit currently.

- Food employees hair is effectively restrained
Not all staff handling foods wearing hair restraints, all staff handling foods must wear hair restraint such as hat, visor, or net.

1) Floor sink soiled under the food prep sink and ice machine, clean more frequently. 2) Clean back wall by the dishmachine, some buildup. 3) Has one mop in bottom of mopsink, use hooks to hang all wet mops to air dry between uses.

Observed several containers being stacked before properly air dried. Must allow to full air dry.

1) Ice machine has some buildup on chute edge, must empty, wash, rinse, sanitize, and let air dry before refill, must be done monthly or more frequently if buildup occurs. 2) Has standing water in base of cooler holding cream cheese to go containers, make necessary adjustments. 3) Using several wicker baskets that do not all have plexiglass liners to hold bread products, wood wicker baskets is not a cleanable surface for food, provide a liner similar to other baskets or provide a container that is smooth, cleanable and nonabsorbent for food storage.
