The following areas have a leak or are not working properly: 3 hole sink faucets (leak), cold water knob on handsink by bakery oven (broken), and PVC behind grease trap (leak?). Must repair or replace all areas to maintain proper functionality.

Handwashing sign was not posted in RR. Must post a sign informing employees when to wash hands at all handsinks used by food service employees.

1) Cutting board at soup station is becoming stained and scored. Must resurface or replace board to prevent buildup of bacteria and contamination. 2) Ice machine has some buildup on inside of ice chute. Must keep clean to prevent buildup of bacteria and contamination.
