    Observation: Both shelving units in popcorn storage have lowest shelf lower than 6" off floor.

  • Handwashing signage
    Handwashing signs not posted in both restrooms. Every hand sink to be used by employees must has sign posted reminding employees to wash their hands.
  • Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
    Didn't have QA test strips at the time of inspection. Must provide QA test strips to ensure the concentration of QA sanitizer can be maintained between 200 to 400 ppm.
  • Linens- cleaning and storage
    1) The ice machine next to the three compartment sink had pink/black buildup. The machine must be drained, washed, rinsed, and sanitized prior to use. REPEAT VIOLATION. 2) The large bucket be using ofr carry ice is no longer cleanable. Replace a new bucket. 3) single service & use items were stored on the floor in storage. All utensils, single service & use items must be stored 6" off the floor to prevent contamination. Must install racks or shelving.
  • Food temperature measuring devices are provided and readily accessible
    Didn't have a thermomether in the small refrigerator in office. Must provide a themomether to ensure adequate temperature is maintained.
  • Plumbing system repaired according to law
    1) Faucet on mop sink is leaking. 2) First hand sink from the door side is very slow to drain in men's restroom. REPEAT VIOLATION. 3) Third hand sink from the door side is very slow to drain in women's restroom. 4) The hot water side at first hand sink from the door side has no water run out in women's restroom. Must repair or replace all plumbing issues to maintain in good condition.
  • Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
    1) The wall behind hand sink in 3 compartment sink room was not caulked. Must caulk the wall to make smooth and and easily cleanable surface. 2) In the following areas, light bulbs were not shielded: a. food storage, b. Pop syrup storage, c. Sigle service items storage. Ligth bulbs must be shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter-resistant in area were there is exposed food and utensils.

    Most recent inspection report not posted. Must post in area viewable to the public.
