Observation:Interior of friddge to be clean, exterior of equipment in lobby to be clean and sanitized.

Observation:Three compartment sink not in place. Tub is being used for sanitizing, observed it taking place.

Observation:Items to separated from motel items while in storage in fridge.

Observation:Mold in containers in fridge, items were discarded, muffins and soup, pancake mix was beginning to separate so it was also discarded. Items in fridge are not being separated for personal and motel use.

- Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
