    Observation: Some of the potentially hazardous foods are dated back to 7/14 -gravy, tomato sauce etc. Food was discarded.

    Observation: The hole in the ceiling needs to be repaired - they do have a company to repair it.

    Observation: Do not store the raw bacon over the cooked ham to prevent against possible cross contamination. Food was moved.
