Observation: Covered straws are soiled. Staff sorted through straws and discarded soiled straws.

Observation: Wet wiping cloth not in sanitizing solution.
- Certified Food Protection Manager with management and supervisory responsibility employed by the establishment
Observation: No CFPM on site. Certified Food Protection manager must be completed in three months. Manager states his slow time is summer. Will complete by July 2016.
