    Observation: A procedure is needed for the clean up of vomit and diarrheal events.

    Observation: There are no paper towels at any of the handsinks - they are using napkins. According to employee they have been without paper towels for 1 month. Employee went to grocery store and bought 1 roll of paper towels for each sink - there needs to be a supply here at the time of the re-inspection.
