    Observation:Cut watermelon and twice baked potatoes in retail coolers not properly datemarked. Deli meats in deli walk-in cooler not properly datemarked.

    Observation:Cutting boards in produce prep area not in good repair.

    Observation:Slicers and table mounted can opener in deli prep area not kept clean.

    Observation:Small area are floor in bakery where large mixer was removed not in good repair and not easily cleanable.

    Observation:Small leak from ceiling in produce prep area.

    Observation:Pasta items in deli prep cooler holding at 45-48*. All products were moved to alternate cooler. Cream pies in bakery retail cooler holding at 51*. All products were moved to alternate cooler. Both of these cooler must not be used for products that require refrigeration until they are able to maintain 41* or below at all times.
