Observation:Hot tea machine and the four door reach in cooler in back area has tape being used to repair broken switches or surfaces, must make proper repairs not using tape. Tape is not a cleanable smooth surface for cleaning.
- Hand and arm jewelry prohibition
Observation:One staff has wrist watch, must remove all jewelry except plain band style rings.
- Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
Observation:1)Backsplash of soda machine area has buildup of soiling, clean more frequently and thoroughly. 2)Clean floor of walk in freezer, food and packaging debris.

1) Racks and sidewalls in walk in cooler are heavily covered with rust or rust stains, clean and many need to resurface racks of no longer smooth and cleanable surfaces. 2) Has cracked cambro plastic lids in dry storage area and on at least one food product in walk in cooler, replace cracked equipment to maintain smooth, cleanable surfaces for food contact items. 3) Chute for ice machine on soda machine has some buildup, must wash, rinse, and sanitize these surfaces at least once monthly or more frequently if buildup persists.
- Poisonous or toxic materials used and applied
1) Has home style insecticide spray, must not use in food business. Provide a food grade insecticide for use in kitchen area. Discarded current supply. 2) Has chemical spray bottle and stainless steeel spray. both stored on rack with clean food euipment. Must move chemicals to lower shelf and not store them adjacent to or under any chemicals. Corrected on site.
- Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
1) Out of test strips for checking concentration of quat sanitizer, must reorder and recommend having a spare supply in reserve. Does test at 200 ppm today, which is proper sanitizer strength. 2) Has stacked metal pans that still have water droplets on interior, must allow to fully air dry before stack items for storage.
- Cutting surfaces maintained

1) Observed one staff person with wrist watch on, must remove all wrist jewelry when working with foods. 2) Observed on beverage with straw but no lid, must use lid on beverage along with the straw, or mug with lid style container.
- Food employees hair is effectively restrained
One staff person not wearing hair restraint, all working with foods should wear effective hair restraint such as hat, visor, or net.
