Observation: The drain line from Pepsi machine is below the flood rim of the floor sink. The drain line must be cut to provide at least 1" air gap.

Observation: The following freezers have ice buildup: 1) Chest freezer at beverage station 2) Reach-in freezer in kitchen. Defrost.

Observation: 1) Didn't provide hot water at handwashing station in Women's restroom. 2) Hot water handle in employee restroom was too tight.
