Observation: There was no consumer advisory reminder statement provided on the menus for cook to order meats and eggs.

Observation: The interworkings of the ice machine were soiled. There were areas of the meat slicer that was soiled.

Observation: There was missing caulking at the three compartment sink and the handsink in the kitchen.

Observation: Hood and hood filters in the kitchen were soiled.

Observation: There were soiled rags laying at the bar and in coolers.

Observation: In one of the refrigerators in the kitchen, there were eggs stored over ready to eat items. In the other refrigerator, there were raw chicken and beef stored over cheese and margarine. - Corrected at inspection.

Observation: The walls/floor were soiled behind and underneath equipment at the bar and kitchen.

Observation: At the bar, the cooler holding the juices exceeded 41 degrees
