    Observation: Hand sink for dish room is not conveniently located to be used by employees, it is in another room. This is repeating violation.

    Observation: Several food employees did not read and sign Food Employee Illnesses Reporting Agreement. Manager stated she did not have time to complete it, but she provided the forms to employee during the inspection and corrected on site.
  • Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
    Observation: Serving drain lines are plastic tubing and on floor in smaller service room All drain lines must be off the floor and hard plumb. This is a repeating violation.

    Observation: Food prep/hand washing sink is not mounted to wall. Equipment that is not easily movable must be sealed to adjoining wall. Mount to wall and seal with caulk.

    Observation: Serving line drain lines are plastic tubing and on floor. All drain lines must be off the floor and hard plumb.

    Observation: Hood filters are dusty. Slated to be cleaned in 2 weeks. Maintain cleaning at frequency to prevent future build-up.

    Observation: Drain lines on serving line are plastic tubing and on floor. Drain line must be hard plumbed and installed off the floor to aid in cleaning. --Observation: Hand sink counter has water damage and new counter has been ordered. Install new counter so that counter is smooth, nonabsorbent, and easily cleanable.

    Observation: Can of apple sauce was dented on rim. All packages of food must protect the contents from contamination. Removed during inspection. CORRECTED.

    Observation: Hand sink counter by dish has water damage and is not longer easily cleanable. Surfaces exposed to splashing must be smooth, non absorbent, and easily cleanable. Replace counter.

    Observation: Pckles and jalps were in bowls on the serving line and not protected from a sneeze guard or lid. Food must be protected from contamination from the consumer. Place items behind sneeze guard or provide lids.

    Shelving in dry storage and in cooler are not 6" off the floor. All food and food items must be stored a minimum of 6" off the floor in order to clean. Move shelving up to required height.
