    Observation: Raw shelled eggs being stored over fresh produce. All food must be stored in manner to prevent contamination. Store eggs on bottom shelve.
  • Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
    Observation: Exposed wood throughout booth. All surfaces exposed to food and food items must be smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable. Seal wood with 2 coat of light colored paint or poly.
  • Sponges not used on clean or in use food contact surfaces
    Observation: Sponges are not allowed to be used for food contact surfaces. Remove.
  • Handwashing cleanser, availability
    Observation: Hand sink by grain mill does not have soap. Hand sink must have soap available. Restock.
  • Hand drying provided
    Observation: Hand sinks must have a means to dry ones hands. Provide paper towels.
  • Using a handwashing sink- operation and maintenance
    Observation: Hank sink in market area was blocked by garbage can at start of inspection. All hand sinks must be available at all times. Moved during inspection. CORRECTED
  • Handwashing signage
    Observation: Every hand sink to be used by employees must have a sign posted reminding them to wash their hands. Given during inspection. Post sign.
  • Multiuse food contact surfaces are constructed of safe materials
    Observation: Using construction 5 gallon buckets for water for dough. All food contact surfaces must be constructed of food grade materials. Ensure using food grade buckets.
