Observation: Students accessing ice from ice machine in food prep area. Student walking around in food prep area. Students left during inspection. PIC was educated on code requirements of who can be in the food prep area. It is encouraged that ice be provided in a bin in the student seating area away from the food prep area.
- Separating raw animal foods from raw ready to eat food and separating raw animal food from cooked ready to eat foods
Observation: Raw beef stored above ready to eat foods in walk in cooler. Beef was moved to bottom shelf during inspection. Corrected.
