1) Has foods in open topped containers along food line close to students, must protect the portions next to student with lids or food wrap covering to protect from contamination. 2) Has packages of hot dog buns stored under the paper towel dispensor, move hot dog buns to area that they will not get dripped on, corrected on site.

Has two shelving units that are set up less than 6 inches off floor, if adjustable raise the lowest shelf to be at least 6 inches off floor to aid cleaning. When replace units provide one with adjustable shelves, ie food storage area and warewashing area racks.
