  • Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
    Observation: Boxes ice cream found on the floor in the walk-in freezer. All food and food items must be stored a minimum of 6" off the floor. This is REPEAT violation. Corrected on site.
  • Package integrity
    Observation: Observed two dented cans of food stored on shel for sale. May not use any can that is dented on top, bottom, or side seals. Removed and corrected on site.
  • Refuse, recyclables, and returnables
    storage, maintenance, and removal
  • Storage or display of food in contact with water or ice
    Observation: Food (ice cream and other frozen meal boxes) stored under excessive ice condensation and in walk-in freezer. Package food may not be stored in direct contact with ice or water if the food is subject to the entry of water because of the nature of its packaging or its positioning in the ice or water. Must remove all boxes from exposure to ice.
  • Miscellaneous sources of contamination
    Observation: Walk-in freezer has ice buildup iside freezer, under condensator and vents, and on the floor. Must defrost, clean and sanitize as needed. Manager cstated that they cannot do anyhting from that condensation and will call service to check the sources of condensation.
