Observation: Small walk in freezer has ice buildup inside by the coolant lines. Ice must be removed and area cleaned due to water not coming from a potable source.
- Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
Observation: New serving area appears to have bare concrete exposed. New area must be sealed or have flooring installed to prevent buildup of bacteria.
- Material characteristics of non-food contact surfaces
Observation: White laminate table in back by 3 hole sink is peeling laminate and exposing bare wood. Table top has been ordered and delivered, but is waiting to be installed. Any other exposed wood must be painted, covered, or sealed.
- Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems design, installation, and cleaning
Observation: Black stand up fan in the kitchen has dust buildup and must be cleaned.
- Plumbing system maintained in good repair
Observation: Both 3 hole sink faucets have a leak, and the middle and right basin drain lines appear to be leaking as well. Must keep all plumbing in good working order.

Observation: White prep table in back of kitchen is peeling laminate, and the walk in cooler racks have become rusty. Must replace or resurface both areas to prevent contamination and buildup of bacteria.

Observation: 1) Slight leaking fro drain line on 3 compartment sink. 2) Left side faucet for 3 compartment sink in leaking, and 3) Food preparation sink hot water handle is not working properly. All plumbing has a maintenance order and is planned to be repaired over Christmas break.
- Material characteristics of non-food contact surfaces
Observation: Corner trim fro food preparation table near 3 compartment sink in worn. Must replace or resurface to make surface smooth and easily cleanable.
- Storage or display of food in contact with water or ice
Observation: Continues to have ice build-up on left side of the condenser drain line in walk-in freezer. School is planning to repair roof in hope will help will sealing freezer. REPEAT VIOLATION.

Observation: 1) Drain knob leaking under sanitizer basin of 3 compartment sink. 2) Slight leaking faucet on food preparation sink. Repair plumbing to maintain in good working condition.

Observation: Condensate line for walk-in freezer continues to leak. Service has been out. Repairs can't be made until roof is repaired above walk-in freezer to prevent moisture build-up.

Side of counter top near smaller dough mixer is chipped off exposing bare wood. Paint or resurface to make smooth and easily cleanable.

Provide cover for lights in dry storage room or provide shatter resistant lighting to prevent broken glass contamination on food items.
- Plumbing system repaired according to law
Drain line for food preparation sink was not directly over floor sink spilling out water. Drain line was moved to middle of floor sink. Secure drain line to prevent pipe moving spilling water past floor sink. Service has been called.

BOth over hang lights in dry storage are not shielded. Must cover/shield lights to prevent broken glass contamination of food and food items. REPEAT VIOLATION.
