Observation:Door gasket on bottom of walk in freezer leaking water. 2. Ice on back side of condensing unit in walk in freezer. must repair all equipment to maintain proper working order.

Observation: Mop stored on the floor. Mop must be air dried.

Observation:Some meats out of temp. containers have a frost line do not stack above to maintain proper cooling temps.
- Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
Observation:thermometers not located in front cold hold prep tables. All cooler require a working thermometer.

1) Four compartment sink is leaking at the faucet for the first two bins, repair 2) First bin currently unable to be used, plumbing discharge line has broken off, has sink blocked from usage and is using the other three bins appropriately for warewashing. Continue with planned repairs.
