Observation: Sanitizer dispenser at the three compartment sink does not dispense sanitizer so it reaches the appropriate concentration. Extra sanitizer is being added to correct the issue until the dispenser can be fixed.

Observation: Cleaned and sanitized utensils stored in soiled containers. Utensils and containers were cleaned and sanitized at the time of inspection.
