    Observation: The facility did not have a diarrhea vomit clean up plan. I provided a noro clean up document and the facility stated they would place it into protocol.
  • Air drying of equipment and utensils
    Observation: Several pieces of equipment were not air dried prior to storage.
  • The ability to describe the symptoms associated with the diseases that are transmissible through food
    Observation: The PIC did not know the symptoms of food borne illness. I orientated the PIC with the symptoms of food borne illness.
  • Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
    Observation: The carts, chords by the electrical units, and other non food contact surfaces were not clean to sight.
  • In-use utensils, between-use storage
    Observation: The scoop handles were laying in direct contact with the food.
  • Ventilation hood system and filters designed to be cleanable, prevent dripping, and are adequate to prevent grease or condensation from collecting on walls and ceilings
    Observation: The blower vents in the walk in cooler were not clean to sight.
