    Observation: The following facets have leak: 1) mop sink 2) three compartment sink.
  • Air drying of equipment and utensils
    Observation: Clean containers were wet after being stacked. REPEAT VIOLATION
  • equipment food contact surfaces and utensils clean to sight and touch.
    Observation: 1) Visible buildup on outside of nozzles of Frutista Freezer. 2) Food debris buildup on outside of pizza prep cooler. 3) Food debris visible on containers after cleaned.
  • Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems design, installation, and cleaning
    Observation: vents are dusty in walk-in cooler. REPEAT VIOLATION.
  • Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
    Observation: Wire racks cross from three compartment sink are rusty.

    Observation: Burned out light bulb in walk-in freezer. Must have adequate light intensity in walk-in freezer to allow to easy cleaning and maintenance.
  • Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
    Observation: Couple food boxes were stored on the floor in walk-in freezer. All food must be 6" off the floor to prevent contamination and cleaning purpose. Correct at time of inspection.
  • Air drying of equipment and utensils
    Observation: Metal containers were observed wet after being stacked. Must allow fully air-dry before stacking.
  • Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems design, installation, and cleaning
    Observation: Vents are dusty. Must clean off dust buildup on vents in walk-in cooler.
  • Plumbing system repaired according to law
    Observation: The following places have leak: 1) Faucet on mop sink, 2) Discharge line under sanitizer basin on 3 compartment sink. Must maintain all plumbing in good working order to prevent contamination.
