Observation:Observed box of potatoes on kitchen floor and box of croutons on pantry floor
- Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
Observation:There was no thermometer in upright kitchen refrigerator by bar door.

Observation:Observed ice, food and slime buildup on condenser coils in vegetable cooler, near the vegetables.

Observation:Observed linoleum around and under the fryers is separating, exposing the wood floor - grease is trapped under the layers. Observed missing and chipped floor tiles and ceiling tiles in storeroom.

Observation:There is no handsoap at employee restroom, corrected on site.
