Observed deposits of grease on basement floor, which dripped from establishment's heating ductwork in two places. The mesh filter in the domestic hood above the kitchen stove is missing - there are deposits of grease on the fan and the hood itself. The cold air return is located on the kitchen wall within 3 feet of the stove.
