Observation:Handwashing sink full of vegetables and not accessible. Vegetables were removed at time of inspection.

Observation:Two windows in mobile unit not kept closed. Closed at time of inspection.
- Bare hand contact with ready to eat foods
Observation:Food employee handling tortillas, bread, and taco toppings with bare hands. Gloves were used at time of inspection.
- PHF/TCS foods maintained at 41°F or below, except during preparation, cooling, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control
Observation:Tomatoes 55*, shredded cheese 52* and salsa 51* in make table cooler. Thermostat was adjusted at time of inspection.
