Observation:Has license posted but not current year in deli area and one posted in back area of guest service counter. Must post both current yr licenses and within public view.

Observation:Must provide written procedure to document the four hour hold time for the creamers used in Starbucks area, does have timer set today and has pitchers to change that are prechilled.

Observation:Has spray cleaner on counter next to wrapped food item in Starbucks area, must store chemicals below and not adjacent to food and food service items. Moved chemical now to separate area.

1) Lower prep table with single use storage containers has some food particles, clean. 2) Using some cardboard dividers for food products yet in dry storage area in deli area, provide containers that are smooth, cleanable, and nonabsorbent for these purposes.
- Sanitization methods - hot water, chemical
1) Three compartment sink is less than the required 200 ppm, drained and refilled and now at 200 ppm. 2) Two spray bottles used by deli area and one in Starbucks area are also less 200 ppm, will be refilled with proper concentration. Monitor sanitizer solutions closely to ensure are at proper sanitizer strength. Corrected on site.

License is posted but unable to locate most recent inspection. Must post most recent inspection within public view.
- Miscellaneous sources of contamination
Kitchen handsink in front area is right next to prep table with food wrap machine, must protect this food wrap from splashing but relocating unit or install side guard on handsink.
