    Observation:Mechanical dish wash machine is not properly feeding sanitizer. Unable to prime during the inspection. The service company repaired the machine during the inspection. Corrected.

    Observation:Hand washing sign was not present at the kitchen hand sink. Corrected during the inspection.

    Observation:Raw breakfast sausage was stored with produce in the walk in cooler. Corrected during the inspection.

    Observation:Hand washing soap was not located directly next to the hand wash sink. Corrected during the inspection. Hand soap dispenser also installed on the wall during the inspection.

    Observation:Grease buildup observed on the exhaust system filters above the cooking area. A service company has been contacted and is scheduled to clean the system within the next week.

    Observation: Observed container of prepared baked beans with production date of 08/17 on it. Had it thrown away due to 7 day shelf life being exceeded for it.
