Observation: Pizza line personnel do not have access to handwashing sink. (Fridays only).

Observation: Vents above burger station are not clean to sight or touch.
- Physical facilities maintained clean: Cleaning frequency, restrictions, and methods
Observation: Floors, walls, and baseboards on in the cafe lines are not clean to sight or touch.
- Equipment used for heating, holding, and cooling of food shall be sufficient in number and capacity to provide adequate food temperatures
Observation: Equipment used for holding cold foods to make salads and wraps do not keep foods maintained below 41 degrees.
- PHF/TCS foods maintained at 41°F or below, except during preparation, cooling, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control
Observation: Tomatoes, lettuce, and meats in the cooler used for sandwich and wrap station were at 54, 45, and 46 degrees respectively.
- PHF/TCS food maintained at 135°F or above, except during preparation, cooking, cooling, or when time us used as a public health control
Observation: Patties holding on skillets on self serve line holding at 100 degrees. Removed from service at time of inspection. This area will not be used for hot holding.

Observation: Floor under dishwasher is heavily soiled from dripping water and pipes have wrapping that are not easily cleanable.
