Observation: Door handles and exterior of kitchen equipment is soiled to sight and touch. Floors have dirt and food buildup around equipment. Mold is present on wall by return beer bottles. (photos attached).

Observation: No clean up procedures in place for bodily fluids. E-mailing information for reference. Will follow up at next routine inspection.

Observation: Kitchen hand washing sink is not used because it is falling off the wall. Alternative handwashing sinks are not adequate because of location or cleanliness.
