Observation: Dried food debris build up on the table mounted can opener blade. Can opener was removed and cleaned by PIC. Debris build up on the inside of the kitchen ice machine. Staff cleaned and sanitized the inside of ice machine.

Observation: Ice machine leaks from the bottom right corner of the machine and pans collect the drips. Unit is not in good repair. Handle for the hand sink by the kitchen entrance door is missing. Sink can still be operated. Faucet assembly is not in good repair. (A) EQUIPMENT shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition.
