    Observation:Wiping cloths in 109 not maintained in sanitizer between uses.
  • Plumbing system maintained in good repair
    Observation:Sinks at River's Edge bar do not properly drain into floor drains without water spilling onto floor. Small leak from drain pipe at warehouse handwashing sink. Repaired at time of inspection.
  • When to wash
    Observation:Food employee at mini donut stand failed to change gloves and wash hand between handling money and handling mini donuts. Discussed and hands were washed and new gloves put on at time of inspection.
  • Using a handwashing sink- operation and maintenance
    Observation:Handwashing sink in 115 blocked by Coke cooler. Handwashing sink in 104 Black Angus blocked by bread rack. Moved at time of inspection.
  • Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
    Observation:Storage trays in River's Edge restaurant not kept clean. Cleaned and sanitized at time of inspection.
  • Physical facilities maintained in good repair
    Observation:Wall behind prep sinks in River's Edge Restaurant not in good repair. PIC states repair order has be placed.
  • Frozen PHF/TCS foods are properly slacked and thawed
    Observation:Hot dogs thawing at room temperature in one Hot Dog Nation stand. Moved to walk-in cooler at time of inspection.

    Establishment must make sure all ice buckets are stored sloped to drain and all ice scoops must be properly stored. Observed bulk ingredient scoops without handles in restaurant.

    Observed hood vent in grinder kiosk not kept clean.
  • Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
    Observed portion of wall by grill in 104 Black Angus not in good repair. Observed area by floor drain in 115 not in good repair.

    Observed soap dispenser not in good repair at Hula Hut handsink.

    Observed current licenses not displayed in all stands.
