- Plumbing system maintained in good repair
Observation: PVC drain line entering the establishment in the basement then draining into a floor drain has debris/grease build up on the floor and on the drain cap. Person in charge stated the drain comes from the outside and may not be waste from there establishment. Drain cap and floor need to be cleaned up. Person in charge will find out where the drain originates from to have the issue fixed/corrected.
- Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
Observation: No thermometers available inside the service line prep coolers.
- Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
Observation: No quat test strips available to check the sanitizer concentration.

Observation: No verifiable Employee Reporting Agreement available at time of inspection. Inspector supplied person in charge with a reporting agreement.

Observation: No Noro virus clean up procedure available onsite at time of inspection. Inspector provided the person in charge a clean up example document.

Observation: Heavy dust build up on the hood vents above the sandwich oven.

Observation: Debris build up on the blade of the table mounted can opener. Debris build up on the blades of the vegetable slicer. Staff stated the slicer was not used today. Debris build up on the inside of the kitchen ice machine. Person in charge cleaned and sanitized all food contact areas.
